Disclosure of other relevant information to the general public act-s336FD — as in force on 2026-06-04 — C2026C00232 · Compilation No. 171 — https://www.legislation.gov.au/C2026C00232/latest/text 336FD Disclosure of other relevant information to the general public (1) For the purposes of paragraph 6.2(b) of Australian Privacy Principle 6, the disclosure by a person of personal information about another person (the subject) is taken to be a disclosure that is authorised by this Act if: (a) the person is disclosing a personal identifier of the subject and the disclosure is authorised by section 336FC; and (b) the personal information is disclosed together with the personal identifier; and (c) the disclosure of the personal information is for the purpose mentioned in paragraph 336FC(1)(b).
