# Exercise of powers under Act

498 Exercise of powers under Act
          (1) The powers conferred by or under this Act shall be exercised in
              accordance with any applicable regulations under this Act.
          (2) Nothing in this section shall be taken to limit the operation of
              subsection 29(4).
