# Extension of period in pool

95A Extension of period in pool
          (1) This section applies to an application that:
               (a) is in the pool at the commencement of this section; or
               (b) is put in the pool after that commencement.
          (2) Section 95 has effect in relation to the application as if references
              in subsections 95(2) and (3) to 12 months were references to
              2 years.
