Migration Act 1958 Migration Regulations 1994 SPECIFICATION OF AN ORGANISATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF SUBREGULATION 1.21(1) OF THE MIGRATION REGULATIONS 1994 I, PETER McGAURAN, Minister for Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs, acting under regulation 1.17 and subregulation 1.21(1) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) hereby: SPECIFY Centrelink as an organisation for the purposes of the definition of independent expert in subregulation 1.21(1) of the Regulations.
