I, JOHN COBB, Acting Minister for Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, acting under regulation 1.17 and items 6A1001 and 6A1002 of Schedule 6A to the Migration Regulations 1994 (“the Regulations”): • REVOKE the notice signed on 6 July 2005 specifying regional and low population growth metropolitan areas for the purposes of items 6A1001 and 6A1002 of Schedule 6A to the Regulations; 2.                  SPECIFY the educational institutions in Schedule 1 to this notice for the purposes of paragraphs 6A1001(a) and 6A1002(a) of the Regulations; AND 3.                  SPECIFY the campuses of the educational institutions listed in Schedule 1, which are located within the postcode or postcode range listed in Schedule 2 to this notice, for the purposes of paragraphs 6A1001(b) and 6A1002(b) of the Regulations; AND 4.                  SPECIFY the postcodes or postcode ranges listed in Schedule 2 to this notice, for the purposes of paragraphs 6A1001(c) and 6A1002(f) of the Regulations. This Notice takes effect on and from 1 November 2005.
