ABILITY OF SPECIFIED WORK AND HOLIDAY VISA APPLICANTS TO MAKE INTERNET APPLICATIONS
(PARAGRAPH 1224A(1)(a))
I, TERESA GAMBARO, Assistant Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 1224A(1)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
• SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 1224A(1)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations that persons who hold a passport issued by the United States of America are a class of persons.
