I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 1225(3)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’): • REVOKE the Instrument number IMMI 05/088 signed on 25 October 2005 specifying classes of persons and foreign countries for the purposes of paragraph 1225(3)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; AND 2.            SPECIFY as a class of persons for the purposes of subparagraph 1225(3)(b)(i) each person holding the kind of passport specified in column 2 of the Schedule, subject to satisfying any conditions in column 3 of the Schedule for passports of that kind. This Instrument, number IMMI 09/008, commences on 15 May 2009.
