ORGANISATIONS THAT MAY SPONSOR SHORT STAY BUSINESS VISITORS
(PARAGRAPH 459.214(c))
I, PAULA WILLIAMS, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 459.214(c) of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
• REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 08/037, signed on 21 July 2008, specifying organisations for the purpose of paragraph 459.214(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations; and

2.        SPECIFY, for the purpose of paragraph 459.214(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations, the organisations listed in the Schedule to this Instrument.
This Instrument, number IMMI 10/092, commences on 15 February 2011.

NOTE 2: Section 56 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 provides that, in certain circumstances, registration of a legislative instrument on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments replaces the requirement that a notice be published in the Gazette.]
