Commonwealth of Australia Migration Regulations 1994 SPECIFICATION OF OCCUPATIONS AND ASSESSING AUTHORITIES (Paragraph 187.234(b)) I, CHRIS BOWEN, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 187.234(b) of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’): 1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 12/061 signed on 12 June 2012, specifying occupations and assessing authorities for the purpose of paragraph 187.234(b) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations; AND 2. SPECIFY the occupations and assessing authorities listed in Schedule 1 to this instrument for the purpose of paragraph 187.234(b) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations. This Instrument, IMMI 12/096, commences on 1 October 2012.
