Migration Agents Regulations 1998
FEES FOR PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS
(Regulations 9F and 9J)
I, BRENDAN O’CONNOR, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under Regulations 9F and 9J of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998 (‘the Regulations’):
• SPECIFY for the purposes of subregulations 9F(1) and 9F(2) of the Regulations a fee of $99.00 for performing assessments.

2.                  SPECIFY for the purposes of Regulation 9J of the Regulations a fee of nil for performing assessments.
This Instrument, IMMI 13/021, commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
