For amended instruments the current compilation may differ; confirm against the official source._ Migration Regulations 1994 REGIONAL CERTIFYING BODIES AND REGIONAL POSTCODES (Sub-subparagraph 5.19(4)(h)(ii)(F) and subregulation 5.19(7)) I, BRENDAN O’CONNOR, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under sub-subparagraph 5.19(4)(h)(ii)(F) and subregulation 5.19(7) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’): • REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 12/095 signed on 17 September 2012, specifying bodies for the purposes of sub-subparagraph 5.19(4)(h)(ii)(F) of the Regulations and specifying a part of Australia for the purposes of subregulation 5.19(7) of the Regulations; AND 2.             SPECIFY each of the bodies listed in Schedule A to this Instrument as bodies for the purposes of sub-subparagraph 5.19(4)(h)(ii)(F) of the Regulations; AND 3.             SPECIFY the part of Australia, to which the postcodes listed in Schedule B to this Instrument are applicable, as a part of Australia for (the purpose(s) of) the definition of regional Australia in subregulation 5.19(7) of the Regulations.
