(Subparagraphs 1236(1)(a)(ii), 1236(1)(b)(ii) and 1236(1)(c)(ii)) I, GARRY FLEMING, First Assistant Secretary, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subparagraphs 1236(1)(a)(ii), 1236(1)(b)(ii) and 1236(1)(c)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’): 1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 14/035, (F2014L00444), signed on 23 April 2014, specifying classes of persons for subparagraphs 1236(1)(a)(ii), 1236(1)(b)(ii) and 1236(1)(c)(ii); and 2. SPECIFY the following classes of persons for subparagraphs 1236(1)(a)(ii) and 1236(1)(c)(ii) of the Regulations: (a) Persons specified in Schedule 1 to this Instrument, who apply outside Australia for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa in the Tourist or Business Visitor stream and hold a passport issued by a country or territory specified in column 2 of Schedule 1 to this Instrument and subject to the conditions (if any) specified in column 3 of Schedule 1 to this Instrument; and 3. SPECIFY the following classes of persons for subparagraph 1236(1)(a)(ii) of the Regulations: (a) Persons specified in Schedule 2 to this Instrument, who apply in Australia for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa in the Tourist stream  and hold a visa of a kind specified in column 2 of Schedule 2 to this Instrument; and   4. SPECIFY the following classes of persons for subparagraphs 1236(1)(a)(ii), 1236(1)(b)(ii) and 1236(1)(c)(ii) of the Regulations: (a) Persons, specified in Schedule 3 to this Instrument,  who apply outside Australia for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa in the Tourist, Sponsored Family or Business Visitor stream and hold a passport issued by a country or territory specified in column 2 of Schedule 3 to this Instrument and subject to the conditions (if any) specified in column 3 of Schedule 3 to this Instrument.
