I, STEVEN GROVES, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under paragraphs 5.36(1)(a) and 5.36(1)(b) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations): 1. REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 14/102 (F2014L01413) signed on 17 October 2014, specifying a place and currency for paying fees for the purposes of paragraphs 5.36(1)(a) and 5.36(1)(b) of the Regulations; AND 2. SPECIFY for the purpose of paragraphs 5.36(1)(a) and 5.36(1)(b) of the Regulations any country listed in the Schedule to this Instrument as a place in which the payment of a fee other than a visa application charge payment made in accordance with regulation 2.12JA, must be made in either Australian dollars or in the relevant foreign currency specified in this Instrument; AND/OR              3. SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1)(a) of the Regulations, the countries set out in Column A of the Schedule to this Instrument, as the relevant place in which the payment of a fee must be made; AND 4. SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1)(b) of the Regulations, the currency set out in Column B of the Schedule to this Instrument as the relevant currency in which a fee may be paid in that place.
