PAYMENT OF VISA APPLICATION CHARGES AND FEES IN
FOREIGN CURRENCIES 2015
(Conversion Instrument)
(Paragraph 5.36(1a)(a))
I, STEVEN GROVES, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
• REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 14/101 (F2014L01411) signed on 17 October 2014, specifying the exchange rate in foreign currencies which corresponds to an amount payable for a fee in Australian dollars for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Regulations; AND

2.                   SPECIFY in the Schedule to this Instrument, foreign currencies in which the payment of visa application charges and fees is to be paid in Column A by currency name and in Column B the International Standards Organisation code for the relevant currency, for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Regulations; AND
3.                   SPECIFY in Column C of the Schedule to this Instrument, the exchange rate in relation to the Australian dollar for each currency for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Regulations.
This Instrument, IMMI 15/001, commences on 1 January 2015.
