I, JIM WILLIAMS, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5)  of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) for Items 1227 and 1227A of Schedule 1 to the Regulations: • REVOKE Instrument number IMMI 15/041, (F2015L00554), signed on 16 April 2015, specifying arrangements for Maritime Crew and Superyacht visa applications under subregulation 2.07(5) for the purposes of Items 1227 and 1227A of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; and • SPECIFY in the table in the Schedule to this Instrument, for the Items and visas listed in Column 1 and classes of persons for subregulation 2.07(6) listed in Column 2: • the approved forms listed in Column 3 for the purposes of subitems 1227(1) and 1227A(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; and • the place and manner listed in Column 4 for the purposes of paragraphs 1227(3)(a) and 1227A(3)(d) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations.
