PAYMENT OF VISA APPLICATION CHARGES AND FEES IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES 2016
(Conversion Instrument)
(Subregulation 5.36(1A))
I, LISA HARRIS, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations)
• REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 15/051 (F2015L00893) signed on 19 June 2015; and
• SPECIFY, in the Schedule to this Instrument, for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Regulations:

a)                        in Column A:
the foreign currency which the payment of a fee other than a visa application charge payment, must be paid; and
b)                       in Column B:
the International Standards Organisation code (ISO code) for the relevant currency; and
c)                        in Column C:
 the exchange rate for the Australian Dollar for each relevant currency.
This Instrument, IMMI 16/001 commences on 1 January 2016.
