ARRANGEMENTS FOR STUDENT VISA APPLICATIONS 2016/017 (Item 1222) I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) SPECIFY: • the approved forms for the purposes of subitem 1222(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; and • the place and the manner for making an application for the purposes of paragraph 1222(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations in the Schedule to this Instrument. This Instrument, Arrangements for Student Visa Applications 2016/017, IMMI 16/017 commences immediately after the commencement of Schedule 4 of the Migration Legislation Amendment (2016 Measures No.1) Regulation 2016.
