PAYMENT OF VISA APPLICATION CHARGES AND FEES IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES 2016/035
(Conversion Instrument)
(Subregulation 5.36(1A))
I, STEVEN GROVES, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
• REVOKE Instrument IMMI 16/001 (F2015L02120), Payment of Visa Application Charges and Fees in Foreign Currency 2016, signed on 22 December 2015; and
• SPECIFY, in the table in the Schedule to this Instrument, for the purposes of paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Regulations in :• Column A:  the foreign currency which the payment of a fee and/or a visa application charge, other than a visa application charge payment mentioned in subregulation 5.36(3A) of the Regulations, must be paid; and
• Column B:  the International Standards Organisation code (ISO code) for the relevant currency; and
• Column C: the exchange rate for the Australian Dollar for each relevant currency.

This Instrument, IMMI 16/035, Payment of Visa Application Charges and Fees in Foreign Currencies 2016/035, commences on 1 July 2016.
