CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH A PAYPAL SURCHARGE MUST BE WAIVED OR REFUNDED 2016/084
(Regulation 5.41B)
I, PETER DUTTON, Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under
subregulation 5.41B(4) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
• SPECIFY  the following circumstances for paragraph 5.41B(4)(a):• where a PayPal surcharge is levied against payment made using local currency when clients make a PayPal payment in Singapore and New Zealand; and

• SPECIFY  the following circumstances for paragraph 5.41B(4)(c):• where a PayPal surcharge is accepted against payment made using local currency when clients make a PayPal payment in Singapore and New Zealand.

This Instrument, Circumstances in which a PayPal surcharge must be waived or refunded 2016/084, IMMI 16/084, commences immediately after the commencement of Schedule 2 to the Migration Legislation Amendment (2016 Measures No. 3) Regulation 2016.
