ARRANGEMENTS FOR WORK AND HOLIDAY AND WORKING HOLIDAY VISA APPLICATIONS 2016/101 (items 1224A and 1225 and paragraph 462.221(c)) I, JUDITH O’NEILL, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) for the purposes of items 1224A and 1225 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations: • REVOKE Instrument IMMI 16/056 (F2016L00676), Arrangements for Work and Holiday and Working Holiday Visa Applications 2016/056, signed 3 May 2016; • SPECIFY  for the purposes of paragraph 1224A(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the foreign countries that have issued a valid passport that the applicant currently holds, set out in Column 1 of the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument; • SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 462.221(c) of Schedule 2 to the Regulations, the educational qualifications, in Column 2 of the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument, and the corresponding specified foreign country, set out in Column 1 of the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument; • SPECIFY for the purposes of paragraph 1224A(3)(aa) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the addresses for lodging an application in Column 3 and Column 4, respectively, in the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument, for applicants who hold a valid passport issued by the corresponding foreign countries set out in Column 1 of the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument; • SPECIFY in the table in Schedule 2 to this Instrument, for the purposes of a Working Holiday (Temporary) (Class TZ) visa:• the classes of applicant in Column A, for subregulation 2.07(6) of the Regulations; • the approved forms in Column B, for subitem 1225(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; and • the place and manner for making an application in Column C, for subitem 1225(3) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations. • SPECIFY in the table in Schedule 3 to the Instrument, for the purposes of a Work and Holiday (Temporary) (Class US) visa:• the class of applicant in Column A, for subregulation 2.07(6) of the Regulations; • the approved forms in Column B, for subitem 1224A(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; and • the place and manner for making an application in Column C, for paragraph 1224A(3)(aa) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations. • SPECIFY for the purposes of subparagraph 1224A(3)(b)(iii) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, that persons who hold a valid passport issued by China, or the United States of America, or the State of Israel are a class of persons who are not required to provide evidence of government support for grant of the visa.
