PRIORITY CONSIDERATION OF CERTAIN VISA APPLICATIONS 2016/093
(Subregulation 2.12M(7))
I, JUDITH O’NEILL, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.12M(7) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
• REVOKE Instrument IMMI 16/022 (F2016L00321), Migration (IMMI 16/022: Priority Consideration of Certain Visa Applications) Instrument 2016, signed 15 March 2016; and
• SPECIFY for subregulation 2.12M(2) of the Regulations, the following matters in Schedule A to this Instrument:• kinds of visas (column 1);
• kinds of valid passports in relation to kinds of visas specified for the item
(column 2);
• requirements in relation to kinds of visas and kinds of valid passports specified for the item (column 3);
• approved forms in relation to kinds of visas and kinds of valid passports specified for the item (column 4);
• ways in which applications can be made in relation to kinds of visas, kinds of valid passports and approved forms specified for the item (column 5).

• SPECIFY for subregulation 2.12M(5) of the Regulations, in relation to kinds of visas (column 1) and kinds of valid passports (column 2), the following matters in Schedule B to this Instrument:• approved forms (column 3);
• ways in which requests for priority consideration of visa applications can be made (column 4).

This Instrument commences on 5 December 2016
