Part 2 - Arrangements for visa applications 6   Making an application — Other Family (Migrant) (Class BO) visa  (1) For subitem 1123A(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form is specified in Column B of the relevant row in the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument.  (2) For paragraph 1123A(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the relevant place and manner for making an application is specified in Column C in the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument. 7  Making an application— Other Family (Residence) (Class BU) visa  (1) For subitem 1123B(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form is specified in Column B of the relevant row in the table in Schedule 2 to this Instrument.  (2) For paragraph 1123B(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the relevant place and manner for making an application is specified in Column C in the table in Schedule 2 to this Instrument. 8  Making an application — New Zealand (Family Relationship) (Temporary) (Class UP) visa • For subitem 1214BA(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each class of applicant specified in Column B of the table in Schedule 3 to this Instrument. •  For paragraph 1214BA(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the relevant place and manner for making an application is specified in Column C in the table in Schedule 3 to this Instrument.
