Part 2 - Arrangements for visa applications 6  Making an application—Investor Retirement (Class UY) visa  (1) For subitem 1212B(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form is specified in Column B of the relevant row in the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument.  (2) For paragraph 1212B(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the relevant place and manner for making an application is specified in Column C in the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument. 7  Making an application—Retirement (Temporary) (Class TQ) visa  (1) For subitem 1217(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved form is specified in Column B of the relevant row in the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument.  (2) For paragraph 1217(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the relevant place and manner for making an application is specified in Column C in the table in Schedule 1 to this Instrument. 8  Making an application—Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist) (Class GA) visa  (1) For subitem 1231(1) and paragraph 1231(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each class of applicant specified in Column B of the table in Schedule 2 to this Instrument:  (a) the approved form is specified in in the corresponding row in Column C; and  (b) the place and manner for making an application is specified in Column D. 9  Making an application—Temporary Work (International Relations) (Class GD) visa  (1) For subitem 1234(1) and paragraph 1234(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each class of applicant specified in Column B in the table in Schedule 3 to this Instrument:  (a) the approved form is specified in in the corresponding row in Column C; and  (b) the place and manner for making an application is specified Column D. 10  Making an application—Temporary Activity (Class GG) visa  (1) For subitem 1237(1) and item 1 in the table in subitem 1237(3) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each class of applicant specified in Column B in the table in Schedule 4 to this Instrument:  (a) the approved form is specified in in the corresponding row in Column C; and  (b) the place and manner for making an application is specified Column D. 11  Making an application—Training (Class GF) visa  (1) For subitem 1238(1) and item 1 of the table in subitem 1238(3) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, for each class of applicant specified in Column B in the table in Schedule 5 to this Instrument:  (a) the approved form is specified in in the corresponding row in Column C; and  (b) the place and manner for making an application is specified in Column D.
