Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms. Regulations means the Migration Regulations 1994. Short‑term Skilled Occupation List means the table in section 8. 5  Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms. nomination made on or after 17 January 2018. Schedule 1—Repeals Part 1—Repeal Migration (IMMI 17/071: Specification of Occupations–Subclass 407 Visa) Instrument 2017 1  The whole of the instrument Repeal the instrument. Part 2—Application of repeal 1  Application of repeal  Despite the repeal of the Migration (IMMI 17/071: Specification of Occupations–Subclass 407 Visa) Instrument 2017 (the repealed instrument) by Part 1 of this Schedule, the repealed instrument, as in force immediately before the commencement of that Part, continues to apply in relation to a nomination if the nomination is made before 17 January 2018.
