(2)    This instrument may be cited as LIN 19/034.  2 Commencement   This instrument commences on 1 March 2019.   3 Authority   This instrument is made under subregulation 5.40(1) of the Migration Regulations 1994.   4  Definitions Note : A number of expressions used in this instrument are defined in the Regulations including: (i)       AUD; (ii)     relevant assessing authority.   In this instrument: Regulations means the Migration Regulations 1994.    TRA means Trades Recognition Australia, within the Australian Commonwealth Department of Education and Training.   Note : TRA is specified as a relevant assessing authority by an instrument made under subregulation 2.26B(1) of the Regulations.  TRA is the relevant assessing authority for a skilled occupation for the purpose of this instrument.  5 Schedules   Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
