  This instrument is the Migration (LIN 19/048: Specification of Occupations—Subclass 482 Visa) Amendment Instrument 2019.

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments
Migration (LIN 19/048: Specification of Occupations—Subclass 482 Visa) Instrument 2019
1  Section 4 (subparagraph (c)(i) of the definition of health workforce certificate)
Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:
 (i) NSW Rural Doctors Network Ltd (ABN 52 081 388 810);
2  Subsection 8(3) (table item 12, column 3)
Omit “, 23”.
