1  Name
(1) This instrument is the Migration (Arrangements for Certain Skilled and Temporary Graduate Visa Applications) Amendment Instrument (LIN 20/297) 2020.
(2) This instrument may be cited as LIN 20/297.
2  Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
3  Authority
This instrument is made under the following provisions of the Migration Regulations 1994:
(a) subregulation 2.07(5);
(b) item 1229 of Schedule 1.
4  Schedules
The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments

1  Subsection 1(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
•            This instrument is the Migration (Arrangements for Certain Skilled and Temporary Graduate Visa Applications) Instrument (LIN 20/162) 2020.

2  Part 2 (heading)
Repeal the heading, substitute:
Part 2—Arrangements for certain skilled and temporary visas
3  Subsection 8(1)
Substitute:
•            Subject to subsections (2) and (3), for the purposes of item 1229 of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, an application for a Skilled (Provisional) (Class VC) visa must be made using form 1276 (internet) as an internet application.
