Migration (Payment of visa application charges and fees in foreign currencies) Instrument (LIN 22/003) 2022 (No. 2)
I, Stephanie Cargill, delegate of the Minister, under paragraph 5.36(1A)(a) of the Migration Regulations 1994:
(a) specify each currency mentioned in an item of Schedule 1; and
(b) specify the exchange rate mentioned in an item of Schedule 1 for the currency mentioned in the item; and
(c) repeal Migration (Payment of Visa Application Charges and Fees in Foreign Currencies) Instrument (LIN 22/001) 2022 (F2021L01829).
This instrument commences on 1 July 2022.
