Migration (Regional Processing Country—Republic of Nauru) Designation (LIN 23/017) 2023
I, Clare O’Neil, Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Cyber Security, under subsection 198AB(1) of the Migration Act 1958, thinking that it is in the national interest to do so, designate that the Republic of Nauru is a regional processing country.
