# Superyachts

1.15G Superyachts
               The Minister may, by instrument in writing, specify that:
                (a) a sailing ship of a particular kind is a superyacht for the purposes of these
                    Regulations; or
                (b) a motor vessel of a particular kind is a superyacht for the purposes of these
                    Regulations.
