1.22 References to person having experienced or committed family violence
          (1) A reference in these Regulations to a person having experienced family violence
              is a reference to a person being taken, under regulation 1.23, to have experienced
              family violence.
          (2) A reference in these Regulations to a person having committed family violence
              in relation to a person is a reference to a person being taken, under
              regulation 1.23, to have committed family violence in relation to that person.
