2.25AC Conditions not engaging offence relating to mandatory conditions
               For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of monitoring condition in
               subsection 76B(4) of the Act, the following conditions are prescribed:
                (aa) condition 8612;
               (ab) condition 8616;
                 (a) condition 8617;
                 (b) condition 8618;
                 (d) condition 8621.
