2.63 Temporary activities sponsor or temporary work sponsor
          (1) For subsection 140G(2) of the Act, a kind of term of an approval as a temporary
              activities sponsor or temporary work sponsor is the duration of the approval.
          (2) The duration of the approval may be specified:
               (a) as a period of time; or
               (b) as ending on a particular date; or
               (c) as ending on the occurrence of a particular event.
