2.68A Criteria for variation of terms of approval—temporary activities sponsor
               For the purposes of paragraph 140GA(2)(b) of the Act, the criteria that must be
               satisfied for the Minister to vary a term of a person’s approval as a temporary
               activities sponsor are that the Minister is satisfied that:
                 (a) the person satisfies the criterion for approval as a temporary activities
                      sponsor set out in regulation 2.60; and
                 (b) the person has applied for the variation in accordance with the process
                      referred to in regulation 2.66.
               Note:    The criteria in regulation 2.68J, relating to transfer, recovery and payment of costs,
                        must also be satisfied.
