5.19P Migrant worker sanctions—offences against the Fair Work Act 2009 etc.
               For the purposes of subsection 245AYF(3) of the Act:
                (a) an offence against subsection 327A(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009 is
                     prescribed; and
                (b) any non-citizen (other than the holder of a permanent visa) is a prescribed
                     person in relation to an offence of that kind.
