5.32A Work performed by unlawful non-citizen in detention centre
               For subsection 235(6) of the Act, the circumstance is that the work:
                (a) is performed by an unlawful non-citizen who is detained in a detention
                     centre established under the Act; and
                (b) is allocated to the unlawful non-citizen, at the non-citizen’s request, by an
                     officer at the detention centre.
