5.34D Disclosure of information to prescribed bodies
               For paragraph 336F(1)(d) of the Act (which deals with the authorised disclosure
               of identifying information to various bodies), a body of:
                 (a) a foreign country; or
                 (b) the Commonwealth; or
                 (c) a State; or
                 (d) a Territory;
               that is specified in a legislative instrument made by the Minister for this
               regulation is a prescribed body.
