5.44 Prescription of other persons (Act s 486B)
               For paragraph 486B(7)(d) of the Act, the legal personal representative of a
               person who has a serious physical or mental incapacity and who is an applicant
               in a migration proceeding, or a member of the family of the applicant, is
               prescribed.
