1.01 Name of Regulations These Regulations are the Migration Regulations 1994.

Division 1.2—Interpretation Note: This Division sets out definitions that apply to the Regulations as a whole. Elsewhere in the Regulations there may be definitions that have more limited application. A term defined in section 5 of the Act has the same meaning in the Regulations, in the absence of a contrary intention.
