Regulation 1.16AA — Appointment of Medical Officer of the Commonwealth

1.16AA Appointment of Medical Officer of the Commonwealth The Minister may, by writing signed by the Minister, appoint a medical practitioner to be a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth for the purposes of these Regulations.
