2.07AP Applications for Maritime Crew (Temporary) (Class ZM) visas Despite anything in regulation 2.07, an application for a Maritime Crew (Temporary) (Class ZM) visa may be made on behalf of an applicant. Example: For convenience, an application for a Maritime Crew (Temporary) (Class ZM) visa could be completed and lodged by a third party such as a shipping agent or a manning agent, on behalf of a member of crew of a non-military ship or a member of the family unit of a member of the crew.
