Regulation 3.19 — Periods within which evidence to be shown to officer

3.19 Periods within which evidence to be shown to officer For subsections 188(2) and (3) of the Act, the periods are:

(a) if the requirement is oral—5 minutes; or

(b) if the requirement is in writing—48 hours.
