4.17 Prescribed period for making certain decisions (Act, s 367) For subsection 367(1) of the Act, the prescribed period starts when the application for review is received by the ART and ends at the end of 7 working days after the day on which the application is received. Note: Subsection 367(1) of the Act provides for the regulations to limit the time in which the ART must review certain decisions on bridging visas.
