4.19 Applications that cease to be applications to be reviewed on the papers For the purposes of subsection 367C(5) of the Act, for an application that ceases to be an application to be reviewed on the papers, any steps taken in relation to the application under subsection 367G(1) before the application so ceases are to be treated as steps taken under, and in accordance with, section 359A of the Act.
