5.29 Can there be more than one infringement notice for the same offence or contravention of a civil penalty provision? This Division does not prevent more than one infringement notice being served on a person for the same offence or the same contravention of a civil penalty provision, but regulation 5.25 applies to the person if the person pays the infringement notice penalty in accordance with one of the infringement notices.
