Regulation 5.34D — Disclosure of information to prescribed bodies

5.34D Disclosure of information to prescribed bodies For paragraph 336F(1)(d) of the Act (which deals with the authorised disclosure of identifying information to various bodies), a body of:

(a) a foreign country; or

(b) the Commonwealth; or

(c) a State; or

(d) a Territory;

that is specified in a legislative instrument made by the Minister for this regulation is a prescribed body.
