Section 261AH — Identification tests to be carried out by authorised officer of same sex as non-citizen

261AH Identification tests to be carried out by authorised officer of same sex as non-citizen If the non-citizen requests that the identification test be carried out by an authorised officer of the same sex as the non-citizen, the test must only be carried out by an authorised officer of the same sex as the non-citizen.
