Privacy policy

This policy covers the AgentCom Migration Resources website and the AgentCom migration-law MCP server (https://migration.agentcom.io/api/mcp), including connections made through ChatGPT and Claude. It explains what we collect, what we deliberately do not collect, and the rights you have over your data.

What we collect

API key requests

When you request an MCP API key on the MCP access page, we collect the contact details you submit: your organization, your work email address, and a short description of your intended use. We use these to issue the key, prevent abuse, and contact you about the service if needed.

OAuth connections (ChatGPT and Claude)

When you connect the MCP server from ChatGPT or Claude, the authentication provider shares basic profile data with us: a user identifier and your email address. We use this to link usage to your account and to operate rate limiting.

Usage logs

We record aggregate usage data for each API key or connected account: tool call counts and timestamps, broken down by tool and day. API keys are stored only as HMAC-SHA256 fingerprints — we never store your raw key after issuing it.

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect, read, or store the content of your conversations — not the prompts you send, not the answers you receive, and not any chat history from ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI client.
  • We do not collect documents, case files, or client data through this service.
  • The website itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Retention

Usage data (tool call counts and timestamps) is retained for 400 days and then deleted automatically. Contact details tied to an API key are kept while the key is active and deleted when the key is revoked or on request.

Third parties

We use a small number of processors to run the service:

  • WorkOS — authentication for OAuth connections and account login.
  • Vercel — hosting for the website and the MCP endpoint.
  • Upstash Redis — storage for API key records and usage logs.

When you connect through ChatGPT or Claude, your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies; we receive only the profile data described above.

Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time, and you can object to or restrict its processing. Email support@agentcom.io and we will action verified requests within 30 days. Revoking an API key or disconnecting the MCP server from your AI client stops further data collection immediately.
