Section 76DA — Mandatory 1 year imprisonment for offences

76DA Mandatory 1 year imprisonment for offences If a person is convicted of an offence against section 76B, 76C, 76D, 76DAA, 76DAB or 76DAC, the court must impose a sentence of imprisonment of at least 1 year.
