I, CHRIS EVANS, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subparagraph 1225(3)(a)(i) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 ("the Regulations"):

1. REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 08/075 signed on 2 September 2008 specifying an address as the post office box address for the purposes of paragraph 1225(3)(a) of the Regulations; AND

2. SPECIFY the following address as the post office box address for the purposes of subparagraph 1225(3)(a)(i) of the Regulations:

This Instrument, IMMI 09/018, commences on 15 May 2009.
